About the position

The Spectrum Internship Program is a full-time, 10-week commitment designed for motivated rising seniors pursuing a bachelor's degree in relevant fields. Interns will gain essential business insights and hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry while contributing to team-focused projects and professional development activities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute and develop processes and/or procedures to improve the customer experience and increase offload surrounding the wireless services.
• Participate in professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference, webinars, and community service.
• Engage in cross-functional projects and deliver final presentations.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in an accredited College or University graduating with a bachelor's degree between December 2025 - May 2026.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for Charter Sponsorship.
