About the position

The Summer Intern position at Haleon is designed for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the consumer healthcare sector. Interns will promote Haleon's OTC products in the Oral Health category to dental professionals, utilizing both remote and in-person sales strategies. This role offers mentorship from Territory Business Managers and exposure to various sales processes, providing a comprehensive understanding of the business and its operations.

Responsibilities

  • Promote OTC products in the Oral Health category to Dentists and Hygienists.
  • Deliver customer recommendations through remote and in-person sales calls.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels across the business.
  • Partner with a mentor to achieve company targets within an assigned territory.
  • Understand and demonstrate the Haleon 6 Step Selling Model.
  • Utilize industry-leading CRM software to manage customer data.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree program graduating between December 2025 and May 2026.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within geography, including some overnight trips.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday 8am-5pm for 12 weeks.
  • Eligibility to work in the US at the time of employment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Reside in North Carolina, Florida, New York, New Jersey, or Washington, DC area.
  • Degree/major in Business, Marketing, Health, or Science.
