About the position

The Summer Intern in Expert Sales at Haleon will play a crucial role in promoting OTC products in the Oral Health category to dental professionals. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and product training while being mentored by Territory Business Managers. Interns will learn the Haleon 6 Step Selling Model and utilize industry-leading CRM software to manage customer data, all while contributing to the company's mission of improving everyday health for millions.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Haleon OTC products to Dentists and Hygienists through remote and in-person sales calls.
  • Deliver customer recommendations effectively to dental healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various levels of the business.
  • Partner with a mentor to achieve company targets within an assigned territory.
  • Demonstrate effective selling skills as per the Haleon 6 Step Selling Model.
  • Utilize CRM software (Sales Force, PowerBI, and Veeva) to manage customer data.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree program graduating between December 2025 and May 2026.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned geography.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday for 12 weeks.
  • Eligibility to work in the US at the time of employment.

  • Reside in North Carolina, Florida, New York, New Jersey, or Washington, DC area.
