About the position

The 2025 Summer Intern position at Haleon focuses on Territory Business Management and Inside Sales, specifically promoting OTC products in the Oral Health category to dental professionals. Interns will gain hands-on experience in sales through remote and in-person interactions, supported by mentors and division managers to enhance their understanding of the sales process and the company's operations.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Haleon OTC products to Dentists and Hygienists through remote and in-person sales calls.
  • Deliver customer recommendations effectively to dental healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across the business to achieve sales targets.
  • Partner with a mentor to navigate the sales process and territory management.
  • Understand and apply the Haleon 6 Step Selling Model in sales activities.
  • Utilize industry-leading CRM software (Sales Force, PowerBI, and Veeva) for managing customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Interest in sales and customer engagement.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles.
