About the position

The Summer Intern position at Haleon is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in Expert Sales, specifically promoting OTC products in the Oral Health category to dental professionals. Interns will engage in both remote and in-person sales calls, supported by Territory Business Managers who will provide mentorship and training. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop sales skills, understand customer engagement, and gain insights into the company's go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Haleon OTC products to Dentists and Hygienists through remote and in-person sales calls.
  • Deliver customer recommendations effectively to dental healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various levels of the business.
  • Partner with a mentor to achieve company targets within an assigned territory.
  • Understand and demonstrate the Haleon 6 Step Selling Model.
  • Utilize industry-leading CRM software to manage customer data.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree program graduating between December 2025 and May 2026.
  • Preferred majors include Business, Marketing, Health, and Science.
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned geography.

  • Reside in North Carolina, Florida, New York, New Jersey, or Washington, DC area.
