About the position

The 2025 Summer Intern position at Haleon is designed for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the consumer healthcare sector. Interns will promote Haleon's OTC products in the Oral Health category to dental professionals, utilizing both remote and in-person sales strategies. This role offers mentorship from Territory Business Managers and opportunities to collaborate with various stakeholders, providing a comprehensive view of the sales process and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Promote OTC products in the Oral Health category to Dentists and Hygienists.
• Deliver customer recommendations through remote and in-person sales calls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels across the business.
• Partner with a mentor to achieve company targets within an assigned territory.
• Understand and demonstrate the Haleon 6 Step Selling Model.
• Utilize industry-leading CRM software to manage customer data.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree program graduating between December 2025 and May 2026.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned geography.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday for 12 weeks.
• Eligibility to work in the US at the time of employment.
