About the position

The Summer Intern - Territory Business Manager/Inside Sales Representative position at Haleon offers an opportunity for undergraduate students to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the consumer healthcare sector. Interns will promote Haleon's OTC products, particularly in the Oral Health category, to dental professionals. This role emphasizes collaboration with mentors and stakeholders, providing a comprehensive understanding of sales processes and customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Haleon OTC products to Dentists and Hygienists through remote and in-person sales calls.
  • Deliver customer recommendations effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Territory Business Managers (TBMs) for mentorship and guidance.
  • Understand and apply the Haleon 6 Step Selling Model in sales interactions.
  • Utilize industry-leading CRM software (Sales Force, PowerBI, Veeva) to manage customer data.
  • Partner with mentors to achieve company targets within assigned territories.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program graduating between December 2025 and May 2026.
  • Preferred majors include Business, Marketing, Health, and Science.
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned geography.

Benefits

  • Hourly rate of $24.50 for the internship.
