About the position

The Summer Intern position at Haleon is designed for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the consumer healthcare sector. Interns will promote Haleon's OTC products in the Oral Health category to dental professionals, utilizing both remote and in-person sales strategies. This role offers mentorship from Territory Business Managers and exposure to industry-leading CRM software, providing a comprehensive understanding of the sales process and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Haleon OTC products to Dentists and Hygienists through remote and in-person sales calls.
  • Deliver customer recommendations effectively to enhance product understanding.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various levels of the business.
  • Partner with a mentor to achieve company targets within an assigned territory.
  • Understand and demonstrate the Haleon 6 Step Selling Model.
  • Utilize CRM software (Sales Force, PowerBI, and Veeva) to manage customer data.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree program graduating between December 2025 and May 2026.
  • Preferred majors include Business, Marketing, Health, and Science.
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned geography.

Nice-to-haves

  • Reside in North Carolina, Florida, New York, New Jersey, or Washington, DC area.
  • Strong prioritization and analytical skills.
