About the position

The Summer Intern position at Haleon is designed for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in Expert Sales, specifically promoting OTC products in the Oral Health category to dental professionals. Interns will engage in both remote and in-person sales calls, supported by Territory Business Managers who will provide mentorship and training. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about the sales process, customer engagement, and the healthcare industry while contributing to Haleon's mission of improving everyday health.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer recommendations for Haleon OTC products through remote and in-person sales calls.
  • Provide scientific knowledge and customer engagement expertise to dental healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels across the business.
  • Partner with a mentor to achieve company targets within an assigned territory.
  • Understand and demonstrate the Haleon 6 Step Selling Model and effective selling skills.
  • Utilize industry-leading CRM software to manage customer data.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree program graduating between December 2025 and May 2026.
  • Preferred majors include Business, Marketing, Health, and Science.
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within geography, including some overnight travel.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday for 12 weeks.
  • Eligibility to work in the US at the time of employment.
