About the position

The Summer Intern in Expert Sales at Haleon will play a crucial role in promoting OTC products in the Oral Health category to dental professionals. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, supported by mentorship from Territory Business Managers and Division Managers. Interns will engage with customers through remote and in-person sales calls, utilizing scientific knowledge and business acumen to effectively recommend Haleon products. This role is designed for ambitious individuals eager to contribute to improving everyday health while developing their professional skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Haleon OTC products to Dentists and Hygienists through remote and in-person sales calls.
  • Deliver customer recommendations based on scientific knowledge and business acumen.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various levels of the business.
  • Partner with a mentor to achieve company targets within an assigned territory.
  • Understand and demonstrate the Haleon 6 Step Selling Model.
  • Utilize industry-leading CRM software to manage customer data.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree program graduating between December 2025 and May 2026.
  • Preferred majors include Business, Marketing, Health, and Science.
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned geography.

Nice-to-haves

  • Reside in North Carolina, Florida, New York, New Jersey, or Washington, DC area.
