About the position

The Summer Intern position at Haleon is designed for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in Expert Sales, specifically promoting OTC products in the Oral Health category to dental professionals. Interns will work closely with Territory Business Managers and Inside Sales teams to develop their sales skills, understand the market dynamics, and contribute to achieving company targets. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about the healthcare industry while engaging with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Haleon OTC products to Dentists and Hygienists through remote and in-person sales calls.
  • Deliver customer recommendations based on scientific knowledge and business acumen.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across the business to enhance customer engagement.
  • Partner with a mentor to achieve company targets within an assigned territory.
  • Understand and apply the Haleon 6 Step Selling Model in sales interactions.
  • Utilize industry-leading CRM software (Sales Force, PowerBI, and Veeva) to manage customer data.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree program graduating between December 2025 and May 2026.
  • Preferred majors include Business, Marketing, Health, and Science.
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned geography.

  • Reside in North Carolina, Florida, New York, New Jersey, or Washington, DC area.
  • Creative and problem-solving thinking skills.
  • Strong prioritization and analytical skills.
