About the position
The 2025 Summer Internship in Electrical Engineering at Southern California Edison (SCE) offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the clean energy sector. This 12-week internship is designed to help interns develop their skills, build professional networks, and contribute to meaningful projects that support SCE's mission of reducing carbon emissions and promoting cleaner air. Interns will work in a hybrid environment, balancing time between in-office and remote work, while ensuring the protection of sensitive information and assets.
Responsibilities
- Build your network through various intern events.
- Work with department teams on projects.
- Provide ongoing support to grow personally and professionally.
- Ensure the protection of all physical, financial, and cybersecurity assets.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering at an accredited institution with a graduation date of December 2025 or later.
- Minimum GPA of 2.8 or higher.
Nice-to-haves
- Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
