In this role, you will be expected to provide technical support to end users, assist in troubleshooting technology issues, and engage in various projects depending on your area of study. These projects may include application development, where you will develop new features based on feedback from team members and clients, maintain and upgrade legacy components, and collaborate during design reviews to enhance user experience. Additionally, you will be involved in business applications, which entails gathering business requirements, conducting gap analysis, simulating business processes, and assisting with software/application installation and upgrades.
