The 2025 Summer Internship for the Supervision Intern position is a 10-week immersive experience that will take place from June 2, 2025, to August 8, 2025. Interns will engage with the firm's core values and participate in a comprehensive orientation, training sessions, networking events, and volunteer opportunities. The Supervision department plays a critical role in managing activity and account reviews, product oversight, and governance, working closely with business units to proactively manage risk and develop review processes. Interns will assist with projects related to supervisory processes and initiatives, applying skills gained through training and experience while receiving guidance from department leaders. Interns will have the opportunity to construct and maintain data models, reporting systems, and performance metrics to support Supervision initiatives. They will also engage in research, collaborate with various internal stakeholders, and shadow associates performing Supervision functions. This internship is an excellent opportunity for junior standing candidates pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, or a related field, with the potential for transitioning into a full-time role upon graduation.
