About the position
The 2025 Summer Internship in Supply Chain at Kyowa Kirin offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Clinical Supply Chain Management field. Interns will work closely with the Supply Chain Department, contributing to clinical trial programs and engaging in meaningful activities that foster personal and professional development. This paid, temporary internship is designed for rising juniors or seniors and includes a hybrid work model with some in-office time preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support Supply Chain strategies at regional and global network levels for clinical trials
- Manage set-up activities required to meet patient dosing timelines of clinical trials with guidance
- Oversee packaging and labeling of clinical investigational products (IP) at selected Contract Development Manufacturing Organization (CDMO)
- Manage vendor oversight and timeline management
- Track temperature excursions and manage depot and clinical site shipment
- Prepare production and distribution documentation
- Complete assigned intern project
Requirements
- Candidates must be a rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior interested in Clinical Supply Chain Management
- Candidates must live within a commutable distance of Princeton, NJ
- Interns must be available to work from May 27th, 2024 to August 15th, 2024
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule is required
- Candidates must be able to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship
