The internship program at Sargent Corporation is designed to provide students with hands-on experience and the opportunity to learn from industry professionals with extensive experience. Students enrolled in CET, CMT, CE, and ME programs will gain practical field skills and knowledge that reinforce their classroom studies. The program aims to teach the basics from the ground up, allowing interns to take on more responsibility and increase their workload as they gain confidence. The ultimate goal is to transition interns into a full-time position as a 1st year Foreman after three years of training and experience.
