Responsibilities

  • Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis.
  • Support daily financial operations and learn financial systems.
  • Aid in IT infrastructure management, troubleshooting, and system updates.
  • Learn about network security and database management.
  • Help develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with social media management, content creation, and market research.
  • Support internal and external communications and brand management.
  • Collaborate with experienced personnel and gain insights into the operational side of the business.
  • Support various tasks including utility work, excavation, and erosion control for those in field roles.
  • Take on more complex financial projects and strategic planning tasks.

  • Oversee IT projects, manage small teams, and collaborate closely with senior staff.
  • Engage in complex problem-solving and system optimization tasks.
