About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking candidates for the 2025 Technology Analyst Development Program, a two-year program designed to equip analysts with the skills and experiences necessary for a successful career in technology at Wells Fargo. Participants will engage in various training and development activities, including mentoring, networking with executives, and community service projects, while being placed in roles such as Software Engineer or Data Engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and integrate applications as a Software Engineer.
  • Enhance or resolve bugs in existing applications and develop new applications to support older systems.
  • Work within an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) setting to ensure technical evolution of services.
  • Create and support reusable frameworks and data warehouses as a Data Engineer.
  • Develop data models and maintain data warehouses and analytics environments.
  • Build and maintain optimized data pipelines for analysis and reporting.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of work experience or equivalent through work, training, military experience, or education.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2024 - July 2025.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, change-driven environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated knowledge or experience with Java, Cloud technology, .NET, Python, SQL, or related technical skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Involvement in extracurricular activities such as volunteerism, student organizations, or leadership positions.
  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other Technology STEM-related majors.
