Responsibilities

  • Work with Senior Associate Consultants to provide advice on benefit programs, focusing on defined benefit plans.
  • Conduct annual pension actuarial valuations to determine cash and accounting requirements.
  • Support merger and acquisition transactions as they impact corporate benefit programs.
  • Assist clients in managing their employee benefits programs from financial, compliance, and communication perspectives.
  • Design custom micro sites for corporate compensation and benefits needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a quantitative subject preferred.
  • Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and creativity, along with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations while prioritizing responsibilities.
