About the position

Adobe is seeking talented and passionate Data Science Engineers to join our team, which is dedicated to applying AI and machine learning techniques to big customer data. This role is crucial in addressing and challenging various business problems, such as unlocking risk, prioritization, increasing engagement, and improving customer service. As a Data Science Engineer, you will be responsible for extracting and analyzing data within the Digital Employee Experience portfolio and beyond, with the goal of amplifying decision-making, improving operations, and maximizing the value derived from our products and services. In this position, you will develop scalability models and accompanying insights using Adobe's custom design thinking framework, Infuse. You will also evaluate AI capabilities to build predictive modeling into existing operations. Consulting across the Digital Employee Experience business, you will develop and unlock various insights across major product lines. Additionally, you will evaluate and own the architecture of the analytical tool landscape, which is essential for enhancing productivity and efficiency in operations. Responsibilities

  • Extract and analyze data in the Digital Employee Experience portfolio and beyond to amplify decision making and improve operations.
  • Develop scalability models and insights using Adobe's custom design thinking framework, Infuse.
  • Evaluate AI capabilities to build predictive modeling into existing operations.
  • Consult across the Digital Employee Experience business to develop and unlock various insights across major product lines.
  • Evaluate and own the architecture of the analytical tool landscape to improve productivity and efficiency of operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience required, graduating between December 2024 - May 2025.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and R/Python.
  • Understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining concepts, with a track record of solving problems using these methods.
  • Ability to apply statistical and machine learning techniques such as hypothesis testing, time series forecasting, linear and logistic regression, and random forests.
  • 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
