About the position

Adobe is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to enhance the experience of its Digital Experience customers. This role involves collaborating with Adobe Research and other business units to develop innovative products that optimize audience creation, journey optimization, and personalization at scale. The position is dynamic and data-driven, requiring a blend of engineering and machine learning expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative models in partnership with Adobe Research.
  • Design and build applications powered by predictive models.
  • Work on traditional engineering problems such as defining APIs and integrating with UIs.
  • Deploy applications on Cloud services and implement ML-Ops best practices.
  • Understand data to make recommendations for predictive models and quality metrics.
  • Engage in the product lifecycle including architecture, design, deployment, and production operations.

Requirements

  • MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, or analytics concepts.
  • Experience in building large scale data pipelines.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Scala, Java, or SQL.
  • Proficient in ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, SparkML, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
