Wells Fargo is seeking talent to join the 2025 Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Development Program. This program is designed for recent college graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in Wealth & Investment Management, one of the leading providers of financial and investment services in the United States. The WIM Development Program aims to attract, develop, and retain recent graduates by providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the financial services industry and the opportunity to build a successful career within Wells Fargo. The program consists of two tracks: the Cross-WIM track and the Banking, Lending, & Trust (BL&T) track. The Cross-WIM track allows participants to rotate through various lines of business within WIM over a two-year period. This includes engaging in deep-dive sessions, group project work, coaching, mentoring, and exposure to key leaders. Participants will gain experience in areas such as investment management, financial analytics, project management, and consulting, all within a supportive and collaborative environment. On the other hand, the BL&T track offers a non-rotational alignment to one of the several business groups, focusing on business initiatives, project work, and mentorship. This track may last between one to two years, depending on business needs. Participants will work closely with teams that provide cash management, credit solutions, and personalized wealth management services to high-net-worth clients. Throughout the program, participants will develop essential skills such as communication, presentation, and project management. They will also have the opportunity to learn about various financial products and market strategies, enhancing their professional development. After completing the program, participants will be placed in a business role that aligns with their skills and readiness level, ensuring a smooth transition into their careers in Wealth & Investment Management.
