About the position

The Runner at Cinebarre is a part-time team member responsible for providing exceptional guest service in a clean and comfortable environment. This role involves serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and adhering to health and safety regulations. The Runner must be knowledgeable about menu items and maintain a welcoming atmosphere while addressing guest inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service in a clean and maintained environment.
• Serve guests in a timely and professional manner according to REG standards.
• Communicate effectively with guests and respond to their questions and complaints.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and deliver them promptly to tables.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to address customer concerns.
• Assist with setting tables and properly storing food items.
• Rotate stock items as per established procedures.
• Expedite food orders as needed and check guests' identification for alcohol service.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, lobby, hallways, and auditoriums.
• Handle lost and found items according to REG policy.
• Report damages or maintenance issues to management.

Requirements

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and concessionist required.
• Completion of any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate.
• Completion of Regal Entertainment Responsible Beverage Server training.
• Good public speaking and listening skills.
• Ability to perform calculations accurately and identify errors.
• Ability to identify problems and evaluate relevant information.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a customer service role.
