About the position
Burlingame School District is recruiting substitutes to our substitute teaching pool. Do you have a Bachelor's Degree and love working with children? We would love to have you consider joining our Substitute Teacher Team. We permit our substitutes to work as little or as much as they want with no limit to the number of hours per month. Substitutes interested in working middle school, the Spanish Immersion Elementary program and special education assignments are highly desirable. There are no restrictions on working for more than one district.
Requirements
- Current California Credential or willing to apply for substitute teaching permit (must have at least a bachelor's degree to apply for the 30 sub permit)
- TB clearance
- Background clearance
- Transcripts (official transcripts upon hire)
Nice-to-haves
- Letters of reference are highly desirable but not required.
- Interest in working middle school, Spanish Immersion Elementary program, and special education assignments.
