The individual will maintain organized files of office records and correspondence, which involves establishing subject matter groupings based on the needs of the office. The Clerk II will also be responsible for gathering information from various sources and presenting it to the supervisor as needed. Additionally, the position involves managing incoming mail, receiving telephone calls and visitors, and providing information regarding school activities and programs. The Clerk II will handle routine complaints from the public and refer them to the appropriate staff for resolution. The role also includes preparing agendas for meetings, taking minutes, and following up on correspondence related to those meetings.
