About The Position

The Correctional RN at Amergis is responsible for providing both routine and emergency healthcare to the incarcerated population within a correctional facility. This role requires collaboration with healthcare professionals, correctional officers, and administrators to ensure the well-being of patients while navigating the unique challenges of the correctional environment.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year of correctional health care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
