About the position

The Human Resources Compensation Analyst at OLH Inc. is responsible for supporting the HR department in the coordination and administration of various compensation programs and processes. This role involves maintaining and tracking variable pay awards, assisting with compensation surveys, producing employee communications, and supporting recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have advanced experience in total compensation analysis and management, and will play a key role in ensuring efficient daily operations within the HR department.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining, monitoring, and tracking variable pay awards, including budgets and special pay awards.
• Assisting with compensation survey participation, including data gathering and reporting.
• Producing employee communications such as offer letters and merit letters.
• Responding to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
• Supporting the recruitment/hiring process by preparing for campus events and communicating with applicants.
• Utilizing online tools to track and maintain employee records and organizational movements.
• Assisting with implementing and maintaining compensation systems.
• Supporting other HR functions as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or High School Diploma with 4+ years of office work experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Basic problem-solving skills with the ability to independently research and resolve routine issues.
• Understanding of database and spreadsheet systems and functionality.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including familiarity with formulas and data analysis.
• Experience using PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees and managers.
• Sensitivity to data and ability to maintain confidentiality.
