The 2nd Assistant Manager is a part-time entry-level management role at Shoe Sensation, Inc. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales using the computer and process cash/credit card transactions.
• Help re-stock the sales floor and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Teach others how to perform sales and operational tasks.
• Lead the sales team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
• Make bank deposits and process freight as it arrives.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Experience in sales is preferred.
• Willingness to teach others and learn management skills.
• Ability to open and close the store, sometimes alone.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop, and lift 25-50 pounds.
