Requirements

• Must be between the ages of 20.5 and 39.5 years old.
• Must have previously given birth without complications.
• Must maintain a healthy lifestyle, free from drugs and smoking.
• Must be a US citizen or a US permanent resident.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience as a surrogate is preferred but not required.
