About the position

The Cleaning Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities at Lynco Products, primarily at the Milan headquarters. This role requires attention to detail and flexibility to support cleaning efforts at multiple locations as needed. The position is full-time, with hours from Monday to Friday, and offers a competitive hourly wage.

Responsibilities

• Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls.
• Replenish restrooms and break rooms with paper products and soap.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners.
• Keep custodial closets clean and organized.
• Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners.
• Keep accurate and detailed record of cleaning and maintenance performed.
• Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Assist with warehouse/shipping work as needed.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1+ years of professional cleaning experience.
• Minimum high school diploma/GED.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to multiple buildings in the QCA.
• Must meet the physical demands of cleaning: crouching, carrying/lifting up to 60lbs, bending, and standing for long periods of time.
