As a 2nd Shift Concierge at Resort Lifestyle Communities, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to our Residents and Guests. This position is crucial in creating a welcoming and positive environment within our brand-new Carolina Pines Retirement Community, set to open in Greensboro, NC in the fall of 2024. Your primary responsibility will be to serve from the heart, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression. You will be passionate about hospitality, safety, and security, and your goal will be to foster a happy atmosphere for everyone you encounter. In this role, you will work from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Thursday through Monday, and you will enjoy a complimentary meal during your shift. Additionally, you will have access to your earned income through OnDemand Pay, providing you with financial flexibility. The company offers a monthly stipend of $592 that can be applied towards various benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and more. Your responsibilities will include interacting with Residents and Guests, answering phone calls, assisting with marketing and administrative tasks, helping with events, and providing support in the dining room during peak meal times. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Anticipating the needs of Residents, Guests, and Team Members will be essential, as will monitoring and responding to emergencies, including the resident emergency call system and fire alarm panel. While this position is not in the medical field, you must be comfortable contacting emergency personnel when necessary.
