About the position

The Data Entry Clerk will support the Warehouse and/or Production departments by entering data into Famous Software to ensure accuracy of product and inventory. This role involves working in a refrigerated cooler environment and requires attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review Department documentation for accuracies and omissions.
• Accurately enter Production, Shipping or Receiving data into Famous Software.
• Print Pick Tickets, Tags or Labels for Warehouse and Production.
• Monitor work orders and update data as needed.
• Track and effectively communicate status of delivery drivers.
• Scan, electronically file and email information to appropriate recipient.
• Generate data reports in Microsoft Excel.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of data experience, preferred.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Office, Excel).
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.
