Responsibilities

• Provide quality checks on outgoing finished products using laboratory testing equipment.
• Evaluate acid concentrations and maintain appropriate quality production paperwork.
• Perform hydrogen tests and cut or shear orders for testing.
• Conduct bend testing and deburring samples.
• Run lab anneals and perform metallographic sample preparation.
• Check work orders to be released and manage scrap materials.
• Complete and file lab paperwork manually and in LIMS (web-based software).
• Handle waste material properly, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental requirements.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of math and math equations.
• Basic computer skills.
• Problem-solving skills and good communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Ability to read and interpret production orders and safety manuals.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and operating necessary equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
