About The Position
The 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Maintenance department's operations during the second shift (2 p.m. to 10 p.m.) at the Grafton facility. This role involves managing repair, construction, and preventive maintenance schedules to ensure maximum availability of production equipment and facilities. The supervisor will also focus on cost-effective operations, workforce training, and safety improvements within the plant.
