Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack products from various locations within the distribution center.
- Package and ship products to stores or salons, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform special operations tasks, including deal break processes and product returns processing.
- Inspect returned products for piece count and damage, comparing them to accompanying paperwork.
- Stock products using different types of equipment, ensuring optimal customer service and accuracy.
- Maintain a safe work environment and report any potential hazards to management.
- Meet productivity standards based on assigned tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a distribution/warehouse environment or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to perform all duties of a Picker/Packer 1.
- Basic computer skills and verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changes and interruptions.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
