About The Position
The QA Lead position at Deckers is responsible for assisting the Quality Control (QC) Supervisor in managing daily QC inspections. This role involves prioritizing inspections, setting schedules, training new inspectors, and developing communication and training materials. The QA Lead will also handle inspections related to holds, releases, and rejects using an RF gun as needed.
