Shorelines Design Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Architectural Drafter/Designer to join their team in Dunedin, FL. The role involves creating accurate 3D models and construction drawings using Revit, collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and a passion for design, contributing to innovative architectural projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models using Revit.
• Produce accurate construction drawings, plans, and blueprints in compliance with design and industry standards.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure models reflect project requirements.
• Assist in revising and updating drawings based on feedback from clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain organized project documentation and adhere to quality control standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design issues and ensure project timelines are met.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required.
• Experience in creating 3D models for architectural projects.
• Strong understanding of construction and design standards.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other drafting software is a plus.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a 3D Drafter using Revit, preferably in an architectural environment.
• Familiarity with building codes and industry practices is an advantage.
