About the position

The Enovia 3DExperience System Admin at Collins Aerospace is responsible for administering and maintaining the Enovia 3DExperience platform, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability. This role involves configuring and installing hardware/software, performing upgrades, troubleshooting application issues, and collaborating with various teams to enhance system functionality. The position requires a proactive approach to system management and a willingness to work outside of regular hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain all aspects of the Enovia 3DExperience platform.
• Monitor and improve the production environment for optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with system analysts, engineers, and programmers to confirm system capabilities and performance requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in production.
• Deploy updates and customizations with minimal downtime.
• Document system parameters and hardware/software compatibility.
• Perform configuration management tasks to ensure compliance with standard configurations.
• Collaborate with application development teams to resolve system functionality issues.
• Perform 3DExperience upgrades and patch deployments in a timely manner.
• Willingness to perform admin activities over weekends and after core business hours.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience with 3DX system analysis and troubleshooting for day-to-day performance.
• Ability to work onsite in Richardson, TX or Cedar Rapids, IA.
