About the position

Titan Worldwide is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Order Processor to join their fast-growing 3PL team. This full-time position involves managing order entries, processing shipments, and ensuring accuracy in order submissions. The role is crucial for maintaining efficient operations and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Clarifies order entry submissions via email and telephone.
  • Processes orders accurately and timely, minimizing delays from receipt to scheduling.
  • Proofreads orders for accuracy including quantities, colors, part numbers, and ship dates.
  • Provides timely follow-up on order submissions when information is pending.
  • Generates operational reports including commissions, order performance, and daily totals.
  • Runs daily reports for team review and identifies necessary actions to be taken.
  • Reviews Order Entry Audit Report and addresses and documents issues accordingly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of order entry experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and research skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in the manufacturing industry.
