About the position
The 3PL Shipping Clerk position at Eulogia Warehouse Service Inc involves managing daily shipping operations, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders using ShipStation. The role requires attention to detail and organizational skills to handle shipping discrepancies and maintain records effectively.
Responsibilities
- Process and fulfill customer batch orders accurately using ShipStation.
- Create Quote & Shipping report before selecting the actual delivery method using Excel.
- Generate shipping labels and coordinate with carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of outbound shipments to prevent damages and delays.
- Track and resolve shipping discrepancies, lost packages, and return processes.
- Maintain organized records of shipping documents (Invoices) and inventory.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding shipment statuses and issues.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience with ShipStation (minimum of 1 year required).
- Familiarity with shipping carriers and their specific requirements.
- Experience in a 3PL or warehouse environment is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
