This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple aspects of the business while ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all departments function smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage fleet operations, including maintenance, scheduling, and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate logistics and dispatching activities to optimize delivery schedules and reduce costs.
• Supervise staff across various departments, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
• Implement inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Develop production planning processes that align with company goals and customer demands.
• Drive process improvement initiatives using lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement among team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role within logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management practices and NVOCC operations is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability in supervising teams and managing cross-functional projects effectively.
• Experience with inventory management systems and production planning tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with process improvement techniques such as lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
