Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize revenue.
• Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through effective account management.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
• Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on team performance and market conditions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management or a similar role, with a strong background in 3PL and fulfillment service sector.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
• Strong ecommerce experience is preferred, particularly in understanding complex 3PL, logistics, carrier products or services.
• Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and managing a diverse team.
• Proficient in analyzing data to inform decision-making processes.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on achieving company and team goals.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
