About the position

Rick Cargo LLC is seeking a 3PL Product Growth Project Manager to oversee the management of a software solution for warehouse management. This role is crucial in aligning project objectives with the company's long-term vision, ensuring effective communication with clients, and leading a distributed team to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3PL project software solutions for warehouse management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Participate in hiring project team members, particularly IT Specialists, and develop their scope of work.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and leading the project team to meet requirements.
• Foster collaboration among distributed team members, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
• Create instructions for employees regarding Warehouse Management processes for order fulfillment.
• Identify and resolve issues faced by internal personnel using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Coordinate the integration and implementation of WMS based on Odoo to enhance operational efficiency.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and client satisfaction.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, control costs, and seek opportunities for cost optimization.
• Provide regular reports on project status and performance to executives and clients.
• Conduct post-implementation evaluations to assess project outcomes and apply lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or a related field.
• Minimum 24 months of experience in 3PL project management, specifically in software solutions for warehouse management.
• Experience in developing comprehensive project plans and managing the implementation of logistics projects.
• Proven ability to recruit project team personnel and develop their scope of work documentation.
• Experience in working directly with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Strong leadership skills to assign responsibilities and foster collaboration among team members.
