About the position

The 30 Hour Key Carrier at Cabi Outlet plays a vital role in supporting the store management team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient store operations. This position is part of the management team, responsible for overseeing daily activities, supervising staff, and maintaining a positive shopping environment. The Key Holder is expected to demonstrate leadership, manage inventory, and assist in merchandising while fostering relationships with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and work independently.
  • Open and close the store as required.
  • Delegate tasks and serve as a positive role model for staff.
  • Assist the management team with merchandising efforts.
  • Manage inventory control and assist in tracking store performance.
  • Handle cash management and bank deposits accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and clients.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately, screening calls for executives.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a retail associate or supervisor.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with staff and clients.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to manage store assets and data with integrity.
