About the position
The Program/Technical SME (Client Relationships) role focuses on leading business development initiatives within the Federal Civilian market. This position is crucial for building strong client relationships, managing the business development pipeline, and ensuring the company's growth by collaborating with federal agencies to address their challenges. The role requires strategic thinking and the ability to influence decision-makers while driving multi-agency deals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the business development pipeline in the Federal Civilian market.
- Work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to develop and execute account and sales plans.
- Maximize opportunities by leveraging expertise in task orders and identifying new contract vehicles.
- Cultivate strong relationships with federal agencies and industry partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development and government contracting.
- US Citizenship or Permanent Resident.
- Experience pursuing new business and writing winning proposals for the FDA.
- Strong understanding of government contracting and agency processes.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to shape and deliver on a strategy to cultivate new customer relationships.

- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
