Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Technology or related subject area with a minimum of five (5) years of experience
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Technology Support with network monitoring tools (Wireshark, Netflow, PRTG, Solarwinds) and with endpoint protection systems (SentinelOne, CrowdStrike) with a High School Diploma
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Technology Support with network monitoring tools (Wireshark, Netflow, PRTG, Solarwinds) and with endpoint protection systems (SentinelOne, CrowdStrike) with a Bachelor's Degree
Nice-to-haves
- Master's Degree, preferred
- Cisco Certified Network Associate - Security, preferred
- Microsoft Technology Associate - Windows Server Administration Fundamentals, preferred
