Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits for the 340B program.
• Optimize program savings and benefits.
• Provide 340B education to TUHS staff.
• Analyze pharmacy data and develop reports.
• Maintain knowledge of 340B laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in creating and maintaining 340B policies and procedures.
• Identify program improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Participate in projects, programs, and special initiatives related to 340B.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Services, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience working with the 340B Program.
• 340B Certified Expert (340BCE) certification required.
• Successful completion of Apex 340B University On-Demand Training required.
