About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Jubilant HollisterStier will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and fostering customer engagement for the company's Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) division. This fully remote role requires a strong background in various digital marketing channels and analytics to optimize campaigns and align with the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and drive brand and service line awareness.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Manage PPC campaigns, including keyword selection, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including customer segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and support customer retention efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Pardot, and social media analytics.
  • Compile and present performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization based on data analysis.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to support digital marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with industry regulations and best practices, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy guidelines.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the marketing team and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong background in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Pardot.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices related to digital marketing.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
