About the position

Natural Retreats is seeking a dedicated and professional Property Manager to join our 360 Blue team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. This full-time position is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service to our luxury homeowners. As the primary business contact for our clients, the Property Manager is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and fostering quality, lasting relationships with homeowners. The ideal candidate will possess innovative strategies to enhance client interactions and represent their needs and goals within the organization effectively. The Property Manager will engage in various responsibilities that are essential to the role, including client communication, conflict resolution, partnership development, and project management. This position requires a proactive approach to providing guidance, support, and reassurance to homeowners, ensuring that their expectations are met consistently. The successful candidate will have experience working with business executives in a professional environment, showcasing their ability to navigate complex client relationships with ease. In this role, flexibility is key, as the Property Manager will often work during weekends and holidays, particularly during busy guest arrivals and departures. The position demands a commitment to being available for emergencies, including evenings and on-call hours. Daily schedules may vary based on the season, and vacation time is typically taken outside of peak periods. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary business contact for clients and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all assigned homeowners.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding their needs and goals.
  • Resolve conflicts and address client concerns promptly.
  • Develop partnerships with homeowners to enhance relationships.
  • Manage projects related to property management and client services.
  • Offer guidance, support, and reassurance to homeowners.
  • Be available for emergencies, including evenings and on-call hours.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in hospitality, property management, or related fields.
  • Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience and a good driving record.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Computer savvy with the ability to learn new systems and software.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
