About the position

Ruby Tuesday is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Off-Premise Manager to oversee and optimize our off-premise sales strategy, including delivery platforms and catering services. This role will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth and maximizing the efficiency of our marketing and promotional efforts across Ruby Tuesday and our 7 virtual brands, currently available on DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub, and EZ Cater.

Responsibilities

  • Own the performance of off-premise channels (third-party delivery and catering).
  • Identify and implement strategies to drive revenue across Ruby Tuesday and our virtual brands.
  • Manage the relationships with delivery platforms like DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub, and EZ Cater to ensure competitive advantage, including menu optimization, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Design and manage targeted promotions to drive incremental sales while ensuring profitability.
  • Track and analyze the performance of discounts and ads, focusing on increasing sales while reducing promotional spend.
  • Utilize data to develop actionable insights to improve overall marketing efficiency.
  • Work closely with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of all off-premise initiatives.
  • Drive innovative campaigns that support Ruby Tuesday's brand promise of providing fresh, high-quality food with great value.
  • Leverage analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of sales campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Regularly report on KPIs including sales growth, customer acquisition, order frequency, and cost of customer retention.
  • Drive continuous improvements through detailed insights into customer behaviors and delivery trends.
  • Promote our virtual brands alongside Ruby Tuesday, ensuring consistency in messaging and quality across platforms.
  • Partner with brand and creative teams to develop engaging content for social media, email, and delivery apps that drives customer loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in off-premise sales, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through third-party delivery platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience working in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
